Hood-type dishwashers allow linear washing of the dishes at a comfortable working height with the support of the prewash table and exit basket. With a hood-type machine, you can achieve a perfectly coordinated washing process. Just lift the hood to insert a new basket; lower the hood, and the machine does its job; lift the hood to extract the clean utensils, and load the next basket.

The Concept Plus range offers a highly efficient and effective washing and rinsing system (EFFI-WASH & EFFI-RINSE), becoming the perfect solution for those sites with low water pressure networks and high demands.
The EFFI-RINSE system guarantees a perfect, hygienic result with a complete, linear rinse cycle at 185ºF thanks to the built-in rinsing pump and the Air Break system design. It also works with low input water pressure, making it the perfect system when the main water of the installation does not reach the minimum recommended pressure of 25 psi.
This new thermostatic tank water filling system enables the user to speed up the machine start-up time because the wash tank is filled with water previously heated in the boiler.
The body and structure are made entirely of stainless steel to withstand the most intensive use. A dishwasher that has evolved with a new hood design, new basket rails, and an embedded wash tank. We support this philosophy because it makes it possible to reduce cleaning time and daily maintenance costs and, at the same time, increases the lifespan of the machine.
